Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Grand Design website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Grand Design provides interior design and remodeling services including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, flooring installation, countertop installation, and new construction interior design services. We serve the Paris, Texas area and surrounding communities.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Grand Design's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Service Agreements

When you engage our services, the following terms apply:

• Consultations: Initial consultations are provided free of charge and are intended to assess your project needs
• Estimates: All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Project Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on material availability and project complexity
• Payment Terms: Payment schedules will be outlined in your specific project agreement

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Grand Design and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
• Grant necessary access to your property for consultations and work
• Make timely decisions regarding materials and design choices
• Maintain a safe work environment for our team
• Make payments according to agreed-upon schedules

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Grand Design, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or any materials or services provided.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following guarantees:

• Workmanship: All work is guaranteed for one year from completion
• Materials: Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and products
• Satisfaction: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will address any concerns promptly

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

• Consultations: Free consultations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance
• Projects: Project cancellation policies will be outlined in your specific agreement
• Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Service or administer activities on our behalf. These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
